Year 3 Educational Visit to Celtic Harmony
Year 3 stepped back in time to the stone age last week, on their trip to Celtic Harmony. The children watched in delight as the guide created fire using traditional stone age tools before heading off on a range of adventures that included making dens, foraging for food, making nettle soup and finding out about how people from the stone age made tools and weapons with flint. The children had great fun bartering and exchanging traditional goods before exchanging them for gold coins to spend at the stone age shop! Everyone had a fantastic time on what was a thrilling and enlightening day.
